My path into this profession began in 2019, and within this time I have come to recognize that supporting others isn’t about “fixing,” it’s about helping people feel seen, accepted, appreciated, and empowered to tell their own stories. This understanding continues to shape the practice I am building, creating a path where co-creation, restoration, and healing are possible.
I hold diploma in Social Service Work, a Bachelors Degree in Counselling Psychology, and post-graduate education in Couples and Family Therapy. I am passionately committed to an always learning always growing model, with extended training in evidence-based approaches. Presently, I am in my final year of a master’s degree with additional trainings on the horizon, supporting the work we do together, both inside and outside of the therapy room.
Areas of focus: Relationship therapy, individuals, couples, families, and relational systems.
Approach: Narrative-informed, parts-oriented, and emotionally attuned.
